We were delighted to deliver CitNOW Group’s first-ever group conference, UNiFY, in 2023. Following its success, we were tasked with the next biennial group conference in 2025. Nine months in the making, IGNiTE saw 300 guests from 16 countries gather at The Grand Brighton to share the strategic direction of the group’s next chapter.
While UNiFY was about coming together, IGNiTE was about galvanising. This was the first time the group had gathered since a number of acquisitions, making it a crucial event in the calendar.
It was a conference of epic scale – a creative way for stakeholders to engage with corporate information and ambitions. It was essentially three events in one, with two conference days and a gala dinner and awards ceremony. Creating an event of this size, scale and complexity requires months of careful planning, and after a full-day build, the team’s carefully laid plans ensured success.
We delivered an end-to-end events solution that included full creative theming, presentation creation, live event management and speaker coordination – with 25 presenters throughout the day! Due to the blend of events within the conference, our team was on standby to transform the conference space to accommodate the dinner and awards ceremony in a 90-minute window.
With guests travelling from across the world, travel management played a key role in the successful delivery of the event. We secured multiple flights and transfers to ensure everyone arrived on time. It was also important that CitNOW Group complied with their ESG values, so modes of transport were chosen that reflected this and any printed materials were UK-sourced and sustainable.
