Johnsons & Brayleys – ELEVATE Conference 2026

We’re proud to have worked with UK automotive dealer group Johnsons since day one of Denfield – a relationship spanning over 25 years. Following the acquisition of Johnsons and fellow multi-franchised dealer group Brayleys by Athenaeum International Holdings Ltd in 2025, our brief was to create a unifying internal event that forged a path forward as one team.

ELEVATE celebrated these two companies coming together for the first time, joining forces to create something special.

Services

Venue sourcing, event creative and theming, content support, event production, RSVP management, preferred supplier liaison, risk assessment and H&S briefings, entertainment & artist liaison, live event management and show calling.

150 guests joined us from across the UK at St. George’s Park, the home of the England Football team. Preceding a summer where the Three Lions soared to their best World Cup finish since 1966, ELEVATE was all about teamwork, striving to be the best you can be and the importance of marginal gains. This inaugural group conference brought colleagues together to share perspectives and explore how they can support one another to take it to the next level.

With brilliant feedback from key stakeholders and team members alike, the ethos of ELEVATE lay the foundations for the next step in Johnsons and Brayleys’ future vision – uniting as Athenea Automotive Group.

The event format was a mixture of key stakeholder announcements, with the opportunity for team building and mini seminars in small working groups. Timings were therefore crucial to allow attendees to dive deeper into the core challenges they face and how they can overcome them in the new world.

We delivered an end-to-end events solution that included full creative theming, presentation creation, live event management and speaker coordination. Our Events team carried out a full-day build prior to the event and then an on-site room redress post-conference, ready for dinner.
